Refunds & Returns
We offer a 30-day refund policy if your item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video proof, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at easeyourbrew@gmail.com, and we will issue a full refund.
Note: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In this case, you can request a refund if the product is damaged or defective.

- Used or non-defective products
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
